How it works
From raw CRM activity to the deals that need attention now.
CloseWise is a sales-intelligence product that analyses CRM activity to reveal deal momentum, identify stalled opportunities, and recommend the actions most likely to move each deal forward.
The problem
Everything needed to judge a deal is already recorded: who was emailed, what was said on the last call, whether the meeting happened, how long a reply took, when the stage last moved, and how long it has been quiet.
The problem is that no one can read all of it. Momentum gets judged by the most recent or loudest update, so stalled deals look healthy and active deals get missed, and the pipeline is trusted more than the activity supports.
CloseWise is intended to close that gap: read the activity consistently, then say plainly which deals are moving, which have stalled, and what to do next.
Signals it works from
The initial direction is to analyse these signals from CRM activity:
- Emails
- Calls
- Meetings
- Notes
- Response times
- Stage changes
- Inactivity
How it works, step by step
- 1
It reads the activity you already record
CloseWise works from emails, calls, meetings, notes, response times, stage changes, and inactivity. No new process for the team to follow.
- 2
It scores momentum and stall risk
Activity is turned into a deal-momentum and engagement score, with stall-risk detection for the opportunities that have gone quiet.
- 3
It finds the buying signals
CloseWise identifies the activity that suggests a deal is moving, and separates it from activity that is only noise.
- 4
It recommends the next action
Each deal gets a follow-up priority and a suggested next step, so attention goes to the deals that need it first.
- 5
It tracks whether deals are heating up or cooling down
Pipeline-confidence analysis shows how much of the pipeline is genuinely moving, and where momentum has faded.

Early planning
CloseWise is at the planning stage. This page describes the intended direction, and the features above are the outcomes the product is being built to deliver — not a finished feature list.
